Over the weekend

These are some pictures I took during the weekend. The past few days the weather finally decided to give us a pleasant surprise of 14 degrees Celsius, the snow begun to melt away and the sun shone bright. That was the perfect occasion to get out and spend the day(s) wandering the streets of the city, walking in the parks, getting rid of the warm coats, soaking in the sun and enjoying the first signs of spring, that was literally just around the corner. Besides all that, I wanted to give an eye to all the beautiful and colorful Spring/Summer collections that are waiting for us in stores (I still can’t decide between those two pairs of sandals, although there is a huge price difference). Meanwhile I also went for a drink at “18 by the Embassy”. A month ago somebody told me about this cafe/restaurant but, for various reasons, every time I got out I forgot about it. That was until yesterday. Located on the rooftop of the City Gate South Tower, this lounge offers a spectacular view of the city due to its internal glass walls. “18 by the Embassy” is now one of my favorite places in Bucharest and I highly recommend it (you can find more infos here).

Hope you have a great start of the week!
